Job Title: Treasury Director

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Director to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of department strategy, and the management of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex cash flow forecasts and analysis.
  • Oversee regulatory requirements for claim payments, including prompt pay and unclaimed property.
  • Manage investment alternatives, negotiate and monitor investment performance.
  • Oversee debt reporting, debt repayments, covenant compliance, and forecasting of repayment schedule and related interest costs.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business units, cultivating and managing external banking and investment partners.
  • Mentor and develop the Treasury team, providing strategic oversight and day-to-day guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8 years of work experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or related position.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, CTP, CPA, or CMA.
