Job Title: Client Executive, Insurance Retail

ReSource Pro is seeking a seasoned Client Executive to drive growth in our Retail vertical within the Business Development team. As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate client relationships, lead the client account planning cycle, and ensure clients' needs are consistently met.

About the Role

This is a remote position that requires 5-10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO), and 5-10 years' experience in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Directing strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within assigned accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining trusted partner relationships with clients to understand their unique business goals and activities.
  • Proactively introducing solutions and ideas to clients to help them improve business performance.
  • Managing sales lifecycle and effectively communicating the business and financial cases to successfully close sales.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and retention by strategically managing the client relationship.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external customers and centers of influence to identify and leverage strategic partnership opportunities and generate referrals to new client sources.
  • Executing deliverables within marketing & campaign initiatives/go-to-market strategies.
  • Leveraging knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Staying current with industry trends and developing strategic relationships with industry influencers to leverage partnerships and identify business development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • 5-10 years' experience in the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations.
  • Insurance designations preferred.
  • Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees.

This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $94,630 - $178,718. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
