Position Overview:
This is a temporary role with the potential to transition into a regular full-time position as a Licensed Apprentice Advocate in the future.
Key Responsibilities:As a Client Intake Coordinator, you will handle incoming calls to assess the eligibility and interest of clients seeking Medicare Plans. After qualifying the calls, you will facilitate a warm transfer to a licensed agent.
You will also receive warm transfer calls from licensed agents to execute an enrollment script and confirm the client's demographic information.
The enrollment process may require 20-30 minutes to read the necessary script and input the data for enrollment.
Additionally, you may conduct calls to complete a Health Risk Assessment survey with newly enrolled clients.This will involve a brief scripted conversation to address basic health-related inquiries, which will be submitted to the Health Plan.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to efficiently input information from callers into designated internal systems, such as collecting contact details and responses to intake questions.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate.
- Opportunity for regular full-time employment based on individual performance.
- Paid training from the first day.
