Intake Specialist

Providence Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Intake Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in evaluating their cases and guiding them through the initial stages of the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, gathering detailed information regarding their cases.
  • Evaluate and screen potential clients to determine case viability, ensuring alignment with firm guidelines.
  • Build rapport with clients, explaining the firm's services and setting expectations for their legal journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure accurate and timely communication of client information.
  • Manage the intake process from initial contact through client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to the legal team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and case details in the firm's CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets related to client intake and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service and empathetic support to potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment.
  • Prior experience working with personal injury cases (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
