Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of participants, ensuring they receive continuous support and guidance.
- Assist participants in enhancing their personal responsibility, social skills, and community living capabilities.
- Monitor and administer medication as needed, promoting a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications:
- An associate's degree is preferred, along with two years of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience with the target population.
