Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is up to $183,100, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, flexibility with your schedule, no-show protection, full clinical caseload establishment within 90 days, group health and dental insurance, disability, life, and liability insurance options, W2 employment model with access to a 401k program, CEU reimbursement, access to a motivated patient population, opportunities for paid clinical supervisory roles, monthly in-house professional development, and malpractice coverage.

Job Description

This role involves providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cambridge, MA. You will be part of a team that prioritizes autonomy while offering access to case consultation groups. A strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care is essential for success in this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Eligible candidates must have an independent license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
  • Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing.
