Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with daily influencer engagements and manage influencer orders.
- Collaborate with the PR and Influencer team to align with the campaign schedule and product launches.
- Oversee a roster of USA-based influencer talent, including negotiating agreements, drafting contracts, processing payments, and tracking deliverables.
- Utilize various platforms to monitor influencer posts, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Conduct daily research to identify new influencers for gifting opportunities, fostering direct relationships with influencers across the USA.
- Assist in organizing events, influencer campaign launches, trips, and dinners, which may involve travel within the USA.
- Help compile critical paths, production timelines, budget summaries, and other essential documents for large-scale events.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative gifting initiatives for influencers, celebrities, and VIPs, coordinating with relevant suppliers.
- Manage the events calendar, ensuring proactive planning.
- Contribute to mood boarding and the development of creative event concepts, preparing comprehensive cost proposals.
- Assist the team with branded merchandise quotes and orders.
