We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to residents and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls, requests, and package deliveries.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoy interacting with residents and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Local residence (zip code not specified).
