Job Title: Field Service Representative

At Kreg Therapeutics, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering, servicing, and picking up medical equipment from facilities, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, service, and pick up medical equipment from facilities
  • Test, troubleshoot, repair, and operate all Kreg Therapeutics products
  • Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly manner
  • Clean and disinfect rental equipment in accordance with Kreg Therapeutics policies and procedures
  • Accurately complete daily reporting requirements
  • Initiate and maintain positive interactions with all customers
  • Meet all competency expectations to operate a 26-foot box truck
Requirements:
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Ability to travel overnight at times for product transfers within markets
  • Able to pass a criminal background check & preliminary/random drug screening
  • Availability to operate in a 24/7 environment on a specific shift
  • Previous experience in a service industry is a plus
  • Proven leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communications and customer service skills
