About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative III to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site engineering support to the navigation and intraoperative imaging products installed base.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through service by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, including O-arms and Mazors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4 years of experience in a technical or clinical field service role.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy and surgical protocols.
  • Experience with x-Ray systems and robotics or motion control.
