Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and coping strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, documenting observations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss client care and develop strategies for improvement.
