- Collaborate with the Store Manager to cultivate a customer-first environment through established routines and engagement strategies.
- Analyze business performance using available data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team that embodies our company values through training and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure a safe working environment by promoting ongoing safety training and accountability.
- Execute daily operational tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Store Manager, including planning and prioritizing activities.
- Support timekeeping and scheduling functions, ensuring effective management of attendance and staffing needs.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely scheduling of interviews and training sessions.
- Implement Loss Prevention measures to support profitability goals.
- Manage inventory orders and oversee the receipt of supplies and fixtures.
- Validate and reconcile monthly paperwork to ensure accuracy.


What You Bring:
- Strong leadership qualities, including a commitment to excellent customer service, urgency, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a dynamic retail environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
