The Operations Supervisor is a key member of the Store Management Team, responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising employee tasks and projects, and assisting the Store Manager with operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Trains and supports operations and sales staff

Provides daily direction, supervision, and coaching to sales staff

Ensures the store is ready for customers by communicating restocking needs and executing visual direction

Identifies training opportunities at the individual, department, and store level, and partners with the Store Manager to build a training strategy and execute a plan

Qualifications:

1-3 years of successful retail experience (Preferred)

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, direct, and coach teammates

Proven ability to understand and drive store profitability through employee engagement and customer experience

Committed to providing excellent customer service

Self-accountability and excellent problem-solving skills
