Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to create, track, and maintain schedules for our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, specifically in a GMP setting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement schedules to meet production demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of schedules.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure schedule effectiveness.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in a GMP setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
