At OTG, we're revolutionizing the hospitality industry by pushing the boundaries of excellence. As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our refrigeration and kitchen equipment are in top working order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and upgrade refrigeration systems to meet new regulations and standards
  • Diagnose problems and make repairs to existing equipment, including troubleshooting and testing
  • Maintain existing refrigeration systems through preventative maintenance and checklists
  • Answer emergency calls on equipment repair issues and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, or kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and ability to diagnose malfunctions and defects
