Interactive Account Manager

The interactive account manager at Overdrive Interactive is responsible for serving as an interactive marketing specialist and project manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of clients' business objectives, market positions, and competitive environments.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing and nurturing client relationships, providing marketing counsel and advice, developing and implementing short and long-term marketing initiatives, overseeing project management, guiding agency personnel, managing account financials, analyzing and communicating campaign performance, and preparing and presenting agency and client performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture client relationships at all levels
• Provide marketing counsel and advice to clients
• Develop and implement short and long-term marketing initiatives
• Oversee project management for specific accounts
• Guide agency personnel to meet client objectives and expectations
• Manage account financials, including budgets, estimates, and spend tracking
• Analyze and communicate campaign performance to clients
• Prepare and present agency and client performance reports
