Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Mill Park, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of all activities, including month-end closing, journal entries, variance analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word.
