Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at The Springs at Wyandot Trail. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business office, including supervising staff, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the business office staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the business office.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
