Our compensation plan is designed to reward your hard work and dedication:
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions with 1st year on-target earnings of $72K - $114K+
- New Hire Ramp Bonus Eligibility

As an Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training
- Connect with small to midsize businesses to establish B2B outside sales
- Nurture your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations
- Open communication and support with your team throughout each day
- Share a full suite of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services with local businesses
- Record and organize your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily
We are looking for motivated and passionate sales closers with a desire to make $100K+ within their first year. If you have a strong understanding of technology, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and effective communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
