Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our AI/ML Information Intelligence team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing next-generation search systems that power Spotlight on every iPhone and Mac. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.
About the Role
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:
- Designing and developing advanced search algorithms and data structures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and technologies into our search systems
- Developing and maintaining high-performance storage and indexing systems
- Working with machine learning models to improve search relevance and accuracy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What We Offer
As a Data Scientist at Apple, you'll enjoy a competitive salary between $143,100 and $264,200, depending on your experience and qualifications.
