Senior AI Data Scientist, Measurement Expert

We seek an experienced Principal Data Scientist to own highly visible initiatives and drive success in artificial intelligence. Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering groups to develop tooling and processes, researching data collection systems, and leveraging Large Language Models to optimize resource allocation. A successful candidate will possess a passion for user privacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and maintain tooling and processes
- Conduct research on data collection systems and their applications
- Apply Large Language Models to optimize resource allocation and drive business outcomes
- Evaluate the quality of generative AI models, products, and services
Required Skills:
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on complex problems
- Proficiency with foundation models, including training and evaluation
- Programming experience and a strong understanding of software development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for customer privacy and data protection
- PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
