This role involves patient care and concierge services, as well as communication with clients through various channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule client appointments and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Inform clients about treatments, procedures, and aftercare guidelines.
  • Address inquiries through phone, email, messaging, and in-person interactions, ensuring a welcoming client experience.
  • Maintain organized client records, manage administrative duties, and assist with billing processes.
  • Support marketing efforts through social media and create a friendly environment in the reception area.

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service or patient coordination within a Medspa setting.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of medical spa services and relevant terminology.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
