AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team in a correctional facility setting. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to patients with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal, psychological, and substance abuse history.
- Perform suicide risk evaluations and document findings.
- Lead therapy sessions and clinical interviews to identify signs of psychiatric disorders and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with medical and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to drive quality improvement.
- Valid and active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
- At least 12 consecutive months of performing similar services within the last 3 years.
- Must have the required certificates relevant to the assigned specialized area.
- BLS certification from an American Heart Association provider.
