Private Duty Nurse LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them to recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.
Responsibilities- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
- Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed
- Documenting care provided in our electronic system of record
- Providing health education and training to patients and their families
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
