Private Duty Nurse LVN: Full-Time/Part-Time Opportunities

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient concerns and changes in condition
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation
