Private Duty Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, one-on-one care to adult patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease management.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization.
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation.
