About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Deployment Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers' networks and systems from advanced threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis of deployment objectives and draft plans to meet objectives
  • Mitigate project risks and issues that occur
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract
  • Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives
  • Work with the higher level Deployment Manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the deployment
  • Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government
  • Document system and deployment process improvements
  • Develop multi-project Work Breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict allocation of resources
  • Provide detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience
  • Or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
