Job Summary

Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Technology Management Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Biomed services. This key leadership role is responsible for developing and administering programs to maintain clinical equipment, beds, and stretchers in accordance with regulations and administrative guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted service to patients.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and vendors to coordinate upgrades and implementations.
  • Evaluate contract opportunities and manage supplier/vendor performance and relationships.
  • Supervise and evaluate work processes, resource consumption, and outcomes.
  • Develop and administer programs to maintain clinical equipment, beds, and stretchers.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5 Years technical experience in Biomed equipment service.
  • 5 Years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to coach, train, and develop an effective team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to Biomed Equipment service, including IT applications.
  • Advanced Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Equipment Maintenance applications, HEMS Application preferred.
  • Knowledge of continuous quality improvement methods and change management.
Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $143,000.00
