Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate operational, third-party, and business continuity risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk-aware culture and training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to operational and third-party risk.
  • Partner with internal auditors and external examiners to assist with internal audits and regulatory examinations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in risk management, internal audit, IT risk, compliance, business continuity, third-party risk, or operational risk at a financial institution.
  • Relevant industry-specific certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel throughout the company footprint as needed.
