Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Western United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales alongside our independent representative network, providing training and education materials, and working closely with end-users to ensure successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales in the Western United States
  • Provide training and education materials to sales representatives
  • Work closely with end-users to ensure successful installations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering)
  • Experience traveling 50% or more
  • Experience in long, complex sales cycles
  • Background in power and energy a plus but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $100k - $120k
  • Annual bonus: approximately $25k based on performance
  • Full W2 position with benefits, expenses, auto program, etc.
