  • Manage and ensure the best customer experience for those we serve.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of technology experience, preferably in a field service or technical support role.
  • Troubleshooting experience with basic hardware and software.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Excel data tracking experience.
  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • GREAT PERSONALITY - a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire for career growth.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL environment experience.
  • CompTIA+ certification.
  • POS (Point of Sale) experience.
  • QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Experience.
