Job Title: Training Analyst II Primary Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Analyst II Primary Care to join our team at Primary Care Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing standardized clinical, revenue cycle, and practice operations training strategies for AdventHealth Medical Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver, and support EHR and ancillary training efforts and continuing education training across the medical group.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, go-live support, and develop continuous improvement strategies for new department acquisitions and new Providers.
  • Participate in strategy, delivery, and implementation efforts of Physician Enterprise and regional operational projects.
  • Actively participate in best practice sustainment efforts through solution development, implementation, activation, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage ServiceNow ticket queue to effectively identify, troubleshoot, and track issues at the medical group level.
Requirements:
  • Extensive EHR implementation and training experience.
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of adult learning styles and training delivery in support of physician practice operations.
  • Ability to identify education and training needs in a healthcare setting and actively participate in program optimization activities.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of developing, coordinating, and implementing various training methods and techniques.
  • Actively assesses staff support needs to plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training within an ambulatory healthcare environment.
  • Ability to lead the development and delivery of effective training presentations and resources.
  • Knowledge of quality reporting and physician practice regulatory programs (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in process mapping and process mapping tools (Microsoft Visio).
  • Prior Epic experience or Credentialed Trainer Certification.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or 7 years of highly relatable experience.
  • 3 years training experience in a healthcare environment.
  • 2 years physician practice operations experience.
Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:
  • Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification (must be obtained within 60 days).
