We've been recognized as one of the top workplaces in the industry, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth in our Customer Experience and Data Analytics spaces.

We're revolutionizing the way benefits are administered and sold to small companies and their employees, through brokers who utilize our platform. Our goal is to build a multi-sided B2B platform that transforms the industry through automation and standardization of digital enrollments.

The Challenge

This is a complex challenge that requires a deep understanding of the industry, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, quantifying, and delivering improvements to our User Experience to reduce customer friction and build strong user loyalty to our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a long-term strategy to utilize customer experience measurement and analytic solutions.
  • Conduct research with partners and within the industry to inform product decisions.
  • Perform detailed analysis to identify problems, reconcile conflicts, and document solutions.
  • Translate business and conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
  • Manage inputs from multiple sources to identify and prioritize software development efforts.
  • Plan the development of application features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Anticipate risks and determine mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Research and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Define and track success metrics.
  • Work with partners and internal support teams to evaluate usage feedback.
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a software company.
  • Experience with creating, measuring, and improving user journeys within SaaS applications.
  • Experience with User Experience measurement tools.
  • Experience defining and executing User Experience experiments.
  • Experience with the benefits industry, though not required, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience establishing a product vision and aligning stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong problem-framing and analytical skills, with a focus on creating innovative software solutions for complex business problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • Experience with pulling data utilizing SQL and utilizing data to tell a story.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Product Management Certification, though not required, is highly desirable.
