Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management and Analytics Specialist to support our Intelligence Community (IC) program. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the IC, Department of Defense, and Private Sector to contribute to the development and implementation of business and mission analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and provide recommendations to align the Sponsor's strategy accordingly.
  • Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps, identified risks, gaps, and dependencies, alignment with the strategic framework and priorities, and funding and related program issues.
  • Strategic Planning - Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
  • Performance Management - Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.
  • Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.
  • Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.
  • Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
  • JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience. SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and years of prior relevant experience or Masters with years of prior relevant experience. SME Level - Typically requires a BA degree and years of prior relevant experience or Masters with years of prior relevant experience.
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Working knowledge of data and AI topics.
  • Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
