**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Development Specialist to join our team at Phlow Corporation.

**Salary:** $125,000 - $155,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process development and optimization, with experience in designing and implementing continuous flow manufacturing processes. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals using continuous flow technology.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments and observations.
  • Author progress reports and present scientific results to team members.
  • Contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of regulatory submissions.

**Requirements:**

  • Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field with a minimum 3 years of experience, M.S. with a minimum 7 years of experience, or B.S. degree with a minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH and cGMP requirements.
  • Experience working in a contract organization (CRO/CMO/CDMO) is a plus.
