We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Job Description

">

As a Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting outreach and direct recruitment activities to identify potential students and conduct outreach activities. You will also interface with other outreach contractors, determine student qualifications for enrollment, and ensure compliance with government and management directives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field. Alternatively, an associate's degree with relevant experience may be considered. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Additional Requirements

">

You will need to obtain and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid certificate and have a valid State driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Additionally, you must be able to interact effectively with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and department.
