We are seeking a results-driven and customer-centric professional to join our team as an Insurance Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales support and customer service to current and prospective insurance clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Conduct customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated interest in insurance and risk management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid state insurance license (Property and Casualty preferred, Life and Health also accepted)
Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this role is $55,000, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) matching program.
