POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and sociable individuals to take on part-time and seasonal roles as Brand Ambassadors. These positions are essential for implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting 80 Acres Farms products and enhancing brand visibility in specific regions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute localized campaigns, product sampling events, and promotions that resonate with our target market.

This role serves as an excellent entry-level opportunity in field marketing, providing exposure to various marketing aspects such as event coordination, community outreach, and partnership development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct in-store product demonstrations and represent the brand at community events.
  • Exhibit professionalism and embody our brand values in all customer interactions.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable product and brand representative by understanding our operations and offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with the field marketing team to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and management to uphold brand standards.
  • Compile accurate reports tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
  • Identify potential marketing opportunities to enhance visibility among target customers.
  • Participate in required marketing meetings, either in person or virtually.
  • Operate and maintain a branded company vehicle as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred experience in merchandising, retail, or promotional roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating in a team setting to achieve objectives.
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to drive for company purposes.
  • Ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
