Position Overview
As the Culinary Operations Manager, you will serve as the representative of Business Executive Coach for your culinary team and clients.

Your role involves leading a dedicated team while efficiently managing culinary and operational functions in accordance with established guidelines, health regulations, and company standards.

- Manage staff scheduling
- Recruit and train new team members
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Degree in Culinary Arts is advantageous
- Relevant culinary experience in a high-volume food service environment
- Training in food service with knowledge of food preparation techniques aligned with HACCP standards
- Familiarity with restaurant merchandising and marketing for service preparation and presentation
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, clients, and team members
- Experience in pastry and sushi preparation
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the procurement, preparation, and delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient food services
- Recruit, train, and schedule culinary staff while participating in corporate training and staff development initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to your operating budget
- Ensure a sanitary and safe working environment in compliance with Federal, State, and local health regulations, including HACCP guidelines to mitigate foodborne illnesses
- Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner, engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to meet client and customer needs
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to work up to 8 hours on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must be capable of lifting at least 25 lbs
- Adhere to the company dress code
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines during peak times
