Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to company standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the team.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
