Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide exceptional support to our CEO and their family in Vermont. As a hybrid Executive/Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for streamlining both personal and professional aspects of their life across properties and business.

This part-time role requires a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will function as a right-hand person and be comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment where you will learn something new every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements
    • Answer phone calls and handle general inquiries
    • Manage travel, including booking, credits, upgrades, and memberships/rewards
    • Process expense reports and pay personal bills
    • Maintain a physical and electronic filing system
    • On-site meeting and event management, as needed
    • Maintain a supply inventory and order supplies, as needed
    • Troubleshoot and fix issues with phone, computer, printer/copier, etc.
  • Communication Support:
    • Draft and distribute a personal newsletter
    • Assist with personal podcast as needed
  • Personal Support:
    • Assist with personal affairs, including travel coordination, reminders, and scheduling
    • Coordinate auto repairs, doctors appointments, and fitness-related events
    • Manage household tasks, such as grocery shopping and house management

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $30-35 an hour or fixed monthly rate based on experience
Expected Hours: 20-25 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Location: In-Office, Hybrid Remote
