We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide exceptional support to our CEO and their family in Vermont. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and personal affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements
  • Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Process mail and invoices
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • On-site meeting and event management
  • Maintain a supply inventory and order supplies
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues with phone, computer, printer/copier, etc.

Communication Support:

  • Draft and distribute a personal newsletter
  • Assist with personal podcast as needed

Personal Support:

  • Assist with personal travel coordination, booking, itineraries, and payments
  • Reminders of important dates
  • Personal notes, gifts, dinner reservations
  • Scheduling and coordination of auto repairs
  • Doctors appointments, follow-ups, billing & payments
  • Grocery shopping and house management
  • Coordination of fitness related events, gym memberships, etc.

Requirements:

  • Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Work location: In-office, hybrid remote
  • Pay: $30-35 an hour or fixed monthly rate based on experience
