Position Summary

As the Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee kitchen staff, manage food preparation, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Develop and implement menu items that align with our brand.
  • Provide training and mentorship to kitchen team members.

Qualifications

  • Current Food Handlers Permit is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a culinary management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
