Stynt is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager RN to lead our team in Coos Bay, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily nursing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and nursing staff performance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or related field.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification.
- Licensed as Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification in area of responsibility preferred.
- Five years experience in acute care hospital in past 10 years.
- Two years managerial or leadership experience in past 5 years.
