Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a diverse team including engineers, tool and die operators, maintenance technicians, and outsourced controls specialists.
  • Lead complex manufacturing processes, including solder production, chemical blending, and thermal interface material production.
  • Drive capital expenditure projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
  • Champion Lean Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with international teams to lead process improvements and support new product introductions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years in electronics or chemical manufacturing, with 3-5 years of managerial experience.
  • Expertise in extrusion, high-speed punching, stamping, PLC automation, and vision systems.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000.
