Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Job Description:

Bond Consultants Group is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying technical issues and contributing to company sales performance. You will partner with the Engineering department for sales-related matters and assure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical issues for managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
  • Partner with the Engineering department for sales-related matters.
  • Assure and maintain complete customer satisfaction.
  • Articulate product positioning to current and potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of B2B manufacturing sales experience required.
  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree in a related field a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of desktop/SCARA robots, servo press, and related products.
  • Working understanding of electronics and factory automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions via phone and email or in-person.
  • Willingness to travel for sales matters (tradeshows, customer visits, etc.).
