The Customer Retention Marketing Specialist will report to the Retention Marketing Manager within the eCommerce Department. This position is highly visible and requires regular interaction with various departments and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the retention marketing program from inception to execution and performance evaluation.
  • Lead a skilled team of designers in weekly cycles to produce two emails and four SMS messages monthly, including merchandising, positioning input, stakeholder feedback, and campaign scheduling.
  • Utilize customer insights, data, seasonal merchandise, and personal insights to shape marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure that channel merchandising aligns with both company goals and customer preferences.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with campaign managers and key stakeholders throughout the planning and launch phases.
  • Work alongside the Retention Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for A/B testing to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve launch strategies and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital merchandising.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with prior project management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with email service providers such as Klaviyo, Bluecore, or Attentive is advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management tools, with Airtable experience being a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Google Docs and Sheets.
