Job SummaryWe are seeking a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in stockroom operations, including delivery, replenishment, transfers, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and maintain a clean, tidy, and merchandised store environment.
- Share knowledge and expertise with new starters, providing basic training and supporting their onboarding process.
- 1+ year of prior work experience in a retail sales environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and self-motivation.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Computer skills to operate a point-of-sale system (a plus).
