About the Role

Mango is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at our upcoming store located in a major shopping mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk, maintaining a high level of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in stockroom operations, including delivery, replenishment, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient back area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with new starters, providing basic training and supporting their onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably with a customer-focused background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
