Multifunctional Sales Associate Full-Time Opportunity

Mango is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at our upcoming store located at the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington Station, New York.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk, maintaining a high level of sales performance and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in stockroom operations, including delivery, replenishment, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient back area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives, share knowledge, and provide training to new starters.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- 1+ year of prior work experience in a retail sales environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and self-motivation to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
